Girl on the Third Floor

Don has had enough of his shady life in the city and begins to renovate a derelict Victorian house on the countryside that he intends to move into with his girlfriend later on. His humble manual skills prove to be the least of his problems: a particularly peculiar neighbour keeps wandering through his garden, and the walls themselves ooze and wheeze out of every nook and cranny. The directorial debut of the indie horror producer Travis Stevens is an innovative and highly unique haunted house variation with the WWE wrestler CM Punk as the lead, that is carried and formed by its exceptional sound design, its unpredictable story line, and fantastic old school gore effects.
